Lynda Clarizio, CEO

Lynda Clarizio, CEO, joined INVISION in 2009, bringing over ten years of outstanding management experience in the digital media industry growing and scaling advertising technology businesses. Prior to joining INVISION, Lynda served as President of AOL’s Platform-A, the industry’s largest digital advertising platform. Lynda also served as President of Advertising.com, managing the industry’s largest third party online advertising network. (Advertising.com previously was operated as an independent subsidiary of AOL and became part of Platform-A.) Lynda held several other positions at AOL, which she joined in 1999. Lynda was the Executive Vice President of AOL’s Audience Business responsible for strategy, finance and business development. She also was AOL’s Senior Vice President for corporate strategic and financial planning and Senior Vice President for acquisitions and strategic investments. While in the latter role, she led AOL’s acquisition of Advertising.com. Lynda was named one of 2008’s “Women to Watch” by Advertising Age and one of 2009’s “25 Executives to Watch in Digital Entertainment” by Digital Media Wire. Lynda is a 1985 graduate of Harvard Law School and a 1982 graduate of Princeton University.


Kami Ragsdale, Chief Financial Officer

Kami Ragsdale, Chief Financial Officer, joined INVISION in 2010, bringing over 17 years of financial and operational management expertise that will directly support the company's ongoing business growth objectives.  Prior to joining INVISION, Kami served in a variety of senior financial planning and analysis roles at AOL Inc., including Senior Vice President of Finance for AOL's worldwide business operations and Senior Vice President of Finance for AOL's web services division.  Before joining AOL in 2002, Kami served as Vice President of Finance for the radio division of Clear Channel Communications.  She was part of the senior finance team for Evergreen Media that managed the company through over 100 acquisitions and three mergers to become Chancellor Media, then AMFM and eventually to merge with Clear Channel.  Kami was also Controller of Internet America, a local Internet service provider in Dallas.  She is a Certified Public Accountant who began her career in public accounting with KPMG.  Kami holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Tulsa and attended the Kellogg Graduate School of Management.  


Dwight Gibbs, Chief Information Officer

Dwight Gibbs, Chief Information Officer, joined INVISION in 2010, bringing more than 20 years of technology management experience. Prior to joining INVISION, Dwight served as the Senior Vice President of Technology at INPUT where he was responsible for technology operations and strategy. Previously Dwight worked for Legg Mason Capital Management as Chief Technology Officer, where he rebuilt an in-house technology platform to provide best-in-class systems and services to internal and external clients. Before that he was the Director of Technology Acceleration at Capital One. In this position he worked directly with the CTO to develop technology strategy and evaluate new technology. Previously, Dwight was the CIO of TextOre, Inc., a Northrop Grumman backed text mining company, and CTO of The Motley Fool, Inc., an online investment educator. Dwight holds an MBA degree from Georgetown University; an MS in Management Information Systems from The University of Virginia, McIntire School of Commerce; and a BS in Commerce from The University of Virginia, McIntire School of Commerce.


Jennifer New, Vice President, Product Management

Jennifer New, Vice President, Product Management, brings to INVISION more than 12 years of experience building advertising sales solutions and managing client relationships in linear television. She is one of the industry’s leading experts on the development and implementation of integrated systems for advertising sales and commercial operations. Prior to joining INVISION in 2010, Jennifer served for four years as Senior Product Engineer at Sintec Media. Previously she spent eight years at Management Science Associates (MSA), where she held several roles including Director of Client Operations, Product Management and Account Management for the Gabriel system, serving as managing director for three of MSA’s business units and responsible for product design, implementation and account management for Gabriel’s clients. Jennifer is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University.


Ashley Barretto, Senior Vice President, Client Services

Ashley Barretto, Senior Vice President, Client Services, is a systems professional with over 25 years of experience in software development and service management.  Before joining INVISION, Ashley spent 13 years at Group W and CBS where he managed the development, implementation and support of their in-house traffic and business intelligence systems for the O&O TV stations, radio stations and cable networks.  Ashley has also worked at Omnibus Automation Systems in the UK where he was responsible for product management and was involved in the launch of their iTX automation solution.  Ashley has managed INVISION’s Client Services department since 2004 and has developed an industry leading services organization for the implementation, account management and support of INVISION’s products.


Michael Zablocki, Vice President, Sales & Marketing

Michael Zablocki, Vice President, Sales & Marketing, joined INVISION after a 10 year career at Princeton, NJ based Nesbit Systems, where he served as VP Sales & Marketing. For over 12 years, prior to Nesbit, he held sales, traffic, finance, systems, merchandising and strategic planning positions at NBC, Inc. Mike is responsible for new business development and the marketing of INVISION’s DealMaker line of strategic software products and services.


John Parks, Vice President, Television Development

John Parks, Vice President, Television Development is a systems professional with over 21 years of experience in software design and development. John has been instrumental in defining the current technical architecture for DealMaker as well as its future direction. John has worked on media industry systems for over ten years and his prior experience as a system architect at S1 Corporation and Andersen Consulting brings a breadth and depth of experience critical to INVISION's success. John holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.


Christopher Passante, Vice President, Digital Development

Christopher Passante, Vice President, Digital Development most recently served as Chief Architect of AOL Advertising, where he architected major ad server migration and integration programs for multiple acquired ad serving companies.  Previously he was Director of Development at Appix, managing the development of mortgage-backed securities allocation systems. Passante also held several positions at startup ventures.  As a consultant, he developed first generation products for MobilePosse Inc. and Gamefly Inc. He served as Architect at eToys.com, where he developed the site’s search engine, and a Senior Software Engineer and later Director of Development at CitySearch.com, where he built the first major local city guide on the web.  Chris holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Florida State University and an M.S. in Computer Science from California State University – Fullerton.


Bob Schmidt PMP, Vice President, Production Systems

Bob Schmidt PMP, Vice President, Production Systems, is a veteran systems professional with over 30 years of experience in project management and systems analysis. Bob oversees all Quality Assurance activities in support of INVISION products and is responsible for the planning, scheduling and implementation of all software releases. Bob maintains Project Management certification from PMI and his industry experience includes system development and management projects for Broadcast Music Inc (BMI), Simon & Schuster, and ABC.
