DIC Entertainment Selects INVISION’s DealMaker

New York, NY - INVISION Inc. is pleased to announce that DIC Entertainment has selected the DealMaker System to manage their growing ad sales operation.  DIC Entertainment, a leading fully-integrated global brand management company, has recently teamed up with CBS to launch, “CBS’s Saturday Morning Secret Slumber Party,” an all-new branded block that will feature FCC-compliant children’s programming and will serve as a platform to introduce new programs created by DIC.  DIC has also just announced a partnership with AOL’s online kid’s site, KOL, to develop online and on-air co-production initiatives in conjunction with the TV block.  DIC has created an in-house division to oversee all broadcast and new media ad sales initiatives for the upcoming launch, which premiers September 2006.  DIC plans to integrate television, online and new media platforms to offer advertisers the opportunity to reach kids across all three platforms.

DealMaker is a contemporary system that includes a suite of modules that provide a fully audited solution for the generation and management of rate cards, live inventory, proposals, orders, revenue reporting, stewardship, traffic and invoicing in an integrated database.

Over forty media outlets have installed the DealMaker system to enhance their sales operations and increase revenues.  The system is scalable and flexible, giving the sales organization the tools they need to ensure they are maximizing revenue and providing premier customer service to their agencies and advertisers.

”DIC Entertainment is taking a market-leading position in providing linear and non-linear delivery of quality children’s content,” states Christine Watkins, President & CEO, INVISION Inc.  “We are excited that we can be a partner to them in making advertising easy to sell and manage on those properties.”

“We are looking forward to working with INVISION to grow our ad sales business.  We believe that DealMaker will give us the functionality and flexibility to support our aggressive business initiatives. In addition, we value INVISION’s extensive experience in the media business and the company’s focus on revenue optimization.  We have selected this tool so that we can provide superior customer service to our agencies and advertisers from day one,” says Karl Kuechenmeister, Senior Vice President, Ad Sales, DIC Entertainment.
