Christine Watkins and Steve Marshall are the owners and founders of INVISION INC. Over the past thirteen years, Christine and Steve have carefully built the rest of the INVISION team. They have recruited and hired only the best management, customer service and system development personnel to help them make INVISION, and its products and services, top in its field.

Christine Watkins, President and CEO, brings over 25 years experience in the advertising and media industry. Christine oversees the management of INVISION, and serves as the 'functional visionary' for our media products. Christine's background in sales management and systems helps INVISION to provide systems that precisely respond to the needs of sales managers and their organizations. Prior to starting INVISION, Christine was a project manager on two major software development projects for ABC. While at ESPN, she was the business manager for the development of an integrated Sales and Traffic system, the first of its kind in the industry. Christine is very active in the industry, having served on the Executive Committee of the TECC and the EDI Cable Committee, sponsored by the CAB and the AAAA's. Christine's degrees are from the University of Michigan for studies in Mathematics, Systems and Physics.

Steve Marshall, Chief Information Officer, is charged with leading the company's technology, infrastructure and software development efforts. Steve has over fifteen years of leadership experience in software engineering with ten years of vertical experience in the media industry. Since the inception of INVISION, he has served many roles during the company's growth from a consulting and custom development company into a product development company. Prior to INVISION, Steve ran his own software consulting company in Atlanta, designing and developing systems for telecom and media clients. He also served as a senior consultant for Keane Consulting, working for media and banking clients. Steve holds a B.S. in Business and M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Florida.

Tom Fitzsimmons, Chief Financial Officer, brings over 15 years of financial and operational management expertise coupled with exceptional people and communication skills. Tom has served in a variety of roles including: Finance / HR, Client Services, Sales, Operations and Information Technology both in entrepreneurial environments and at the divisional level of major public corporations.  His width of business experience will directly support the company's ongoing business growth objectives. Tom holds a B.S. from Iona College and has attended Columbia University. 

Fred Bivetto, Senior Vice President, Strategic Initiatives, brings to INVISION over 35 years of management experience in all phases of system development. Fred manages major development and implementation projects for the company. He provided leadership in our transition from a consulting and custom development firm into a product development company. Fred has organized and managed various departments within the company. Prior to joining INVISION, Fred ran his own software consulting firm in New Jersey, designing and developing systems for media clients. Over the years, he has worked on projects for ABC, NBC, Turner Broadcasting, and Viacom. He is a skilled applications manager, system development architect/planner and business analyst.

Michael Stoeckel, Vice President, Digital Products, is responsible for the overall product design and business development for INVISION’s digital advertising product suite. Previously, he was Vice President, Advertising Innovations & Operations for News Corp's Fox Interactive Media (FIM). He concentrated on sales management systems, strategic planning and research & development for advertisements sold in conjunction with FIM properties such as MySpace, IGN, AmericanIdol.com, Fox.com and FoxSports.com.  Prior to News Corp, Michael worked for ten years at Time Warner and JP Morgan Chase. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Notre Dame, Indiana and a Master of Science degree in Mathematics from the Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences at New York University, New York

Bob Schmidt PMP, Vice President, Production Systems, is a veteran systems professional with over 30 years of experience in project management and systems analysis. He oversees all Quality Assurance activities in support of INVISION products and is responsible for the planning, scheduling and implementation of all software releases. He maintains Project Management certification from PMI and his industry experience includes system development and management projects for Broadcast Music Inc (BMI), Simon & Schuster, and ABC.

John Parks, Vice President, Development, is a systems professional with over 17 years of experience in software design and development. He has been instrumental in defining the current technical architecture for DealMaker as well as its future direction. John is currently leading the effort to migrate DealMaker to the Java/J2EE platform. John's prior experience as a system architect at S1 Corporation and Andersen Consulting bring a breadth and depth of experience critical to INVISION's success. John holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

John MacDonald, Vice President, Development, is a systems professional with over 19 years of experience in the design, development, implementation and management of enterprise wide software. He has been in the media industry for 10 years and was involved in the design and development of many of the critical components of DealMaker.  He later was responsible for managing the product architecture group in the company and now has responsibility for the product development group which includes business analysts, architecture and developers.  Prior to INVISION, John worked for IBM in Research Triangle Park, NC.  John holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Florida and did post graduate studies at Duke University in Computer Science.

Ashley Barretto, Senior Vice President, Client Services, is a systems professional with over 20 years of experience in project and service management. Ashley manages all of the staff members responsible for installing, training and supporting all DealMaker installations. His industry experience includes various project and product management positions at CBS Broadcasting and Omnibus Automation Systems.

Michael Zablocki, Vice President, Sales & Marketing, joined INVISION after a 10 year career at Princeton, NJ based Nesbit Systems, where he served as VP Sales & Marketing. For over 12 years, prior to Nesbit, he held sales, traffic, finance, systems, merchandising and strategic planning positions at NBC, Inc. Mike is responsible for new business development and the marketing of INVISION’s DealMaker line of strategic software products and services.
